Well you got to do everything opposite I found it works better. what you want to do is eat smaller in morning and more at night. than when you are typically going to bed work out for an hour and then stay up for another 1 or 2. now this only works if you dont work 1st shift. but by the morning when your body wakes up it will be using all calories consumed to keep your body going at night. witch in return will use excess calories and helping you drop weight quick maybe a week or two you will notice about 10. this Isnt the best for you but a week or two wont kill you I mean com'n so this will help I mean worst comes to worst you just gotta throw up after every meal. lol don't do that haha
