Body Shape Questions & Answers

Question: I'm a little confused, a question about butt(and legs) fat loss?

( Back )

Answer #1:

Yes they will, all kinds of excercise help you to burn fat somewhere. Another little tip is doing butt clenches everytime you sit down, this helped me loads! However just remember that diet greatly infulences weight loss, so if you want to shed some pounds make sure your watching what you eat too! Hope this helped :)

Answer #2:

It's true that your body decides where to take it off from, but you increase the chances of it being taken off from the butt and thighs if they have increased underlying muscle as fat burns in muscle. So do some exercises such as lunges and squats and you will definitely get rid of some fat from those areas. The cardio is the most important though at shifting fat (and of course a clean diet)

Answer #3:

cardio exercise makes you lose weight, but to lose weight in your legs and your butt, you'll have to incorporate squats into your exercise routine, as they tone and tighten your muscles.

Answer #5:

I do not know about the other authors who have answered this question. But in my personal experience of reading and researching about health and fitness, there is no one way to lose fat in one area (which you are aware of). Also, those strengthening exercises you've seen on YouTube or in guides might strengthen the muscles, but burns a minimal amount of fat.

It all boils down to perspiration. You need to work out often to burn fat. By doing physical activities regularly like swimming, cycling, dancing, things like that, combined with a proper diet, you're well on your way to losing fat all over your body. Those exercises you see help tone that gorgeous rear view.

Good luck!

I recommend you go there with your question. It doesn't cost anything either. you can find it here: Click Here
