Question #1: My boyfriend wants to change me. What do i do?
My boyfriend loves me a lot, and he only wants me to happy and he feels he can do that by changing me. I am on the heavy side and he wants me to lose weight as he himself is a fitness fanatic and LOVES to exercise and wants me to be the same. He wants me to be a UK Size 12 but the truth is, I don't want to be that slim because I'm so used to being on the heavy side. The lowest I'd go is size 14. I don't tell him this though because he is looking forward to me being a size twelve.
Another thing is religion. I'm NOT a religious person at all, and as a born again christian he wants me to be a christian too, but I do not want to go down the religious road as it goes totally against my beliefs. I totally respect his religious belief, but he feels it's okay to make fun of mine and as someone who is passionate about my beliefs, his constant mocking almost led me to tears. However he did feel guilty afterwards.
I know he loves me a lot, and I want to be good enough for him, but I don't know if i'm willing to change too much. His friends keep asking him why he's going out with a "fat girl"and he defends me but when he told me what his friends have said it hurt me a lot :/
What do i do guys?
I don't mind losing weight but I don't want to be a UK Size 12.
There are men out there who appreciate a heavy set girl.
The last girl he was with was heavy set.
And I won't dump him cos other than that he treats me like a princess.
Thank you, Miss Lighaan :)
Thanks A StAh,
LOOOOOOOOOL!! bobydob, you really made me laugh. Thanks, anyway. I feel like sayin that to him tbh
Thanks, Christina De La Rosa. Nice name :D x
Thanks, Valerie :D

Question #3: Has anyone here lost weight from their arms or legs while pregnant? do you know of?
why do you think this happened?
Question #4: Vegan? I need help :)?
I had always weighed about 110 and then after having 2 children I got up to 175. I now weigh 151. I am about 5'4 or 5'5. My stomach is where most of my weight is and I cant seem to lose the weight and its driving me crazy. I do not eat very much and I go to the gym as much as I can (which is about 3 times a week). I found a show that was about Vegans and I hav e seen it work for a few friends.
Can anyone give me advice on how I can switch to a vegan diet? I am pretty lost. I am not sure on how to cook any foods or how I can shop and not buy something that may have some hidden stuff in it.
Also I would like to know how being vegan has worked for other people and made them feel better.
Thanks!

Question #5: Been exercising and dieting and NO change?
I am 18, 5 ft 7 and 154 lbs
For the past 16 days-
The first week- 1 hour cardio (taebo) exercise everyday except Sunday which was rest day. Ate 1500 calories following a 40/40/20 ratio carbs/protein/fat
2nd week- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday did kenpo (from p90x) and ate 1500 calories with 40/40/20 ratio
And Tuesday, Thursday and Friday did tae bo for 1 hour in the morning and in the evening did weight training for 40-50 minutes. Ate 1700 calories those days following a 40/35/25
And Sunday was my rest day
Yesterday Monday I ate 1700 calories but did 1 hour kenpo in the morning and 40 minutes triceps/shoulder training
Today I ate 1500 calories and did 1 hour tae bo
Foods I eat- skinless grilled chicken, cottage cheese, tuna, salmon, lighter than light mayo, wholewheat bread, sometimes a little bit of jam, beans, eggs, vegetables, fruits, oats, baked potato, brown rice etc.
Drinks I drink- skimmed milk and water with the occasional whole fat milk (to up my fat intake)
But I have LOST no weight albeit I could be gaining mass...which I think is true because my arms when I flex are solid hard and my calves are hard
BUT I have also lost no inches ANYWHERE...not even 0.1 inch!
In fact my arms have gotten bigger at a whopping 15 inch (could be coz of the mass) but the FAT is there persistent
I obviously did not expect to lose 10 lbs or see a HUGE difference...but not even lost an centimetre let alone an inch :(
Advice?

Question #6: First day of school nerves?
So school starts tomorrow. And I'm all jittery about it! I feel like changed a lot over the summer. Atleast I look a little different. I lost some weight and got a pretty dramatic hair cut. I'm nervous!!! Or excited? I don't know. I've never had this feeling before school. It's going to be my junior year, but why do I feel so nervous? It's like I've forgotten everything... weird
Question #7: Has anyone got any good dieting tips please?
Okay so I'm not fat but I do have a bit of a belly that I've always hated. I suffer from low self-confidence and this is not helped by the fact that I'm not comfortable with my appearance. I did really well before I went on holiday but as soon as I came back I just fell back into old eating habits, and to be honest it's made me feel really rubbish. I do eat a balanced diet and eat healthy foods etc.. drink 2 litres of water a day and I am a dance student, so I get plenty of exercise as well.
Just wondering if anyone has anything they could recommend if they have lost a considerable amount of weight themselves? Thank you in advance! :-)

Question #8: Will this be enough exercise?
I've been on a bit of a fitness, healthy eating kick lately in order to try and lose weight and it seems to be working. However I start back at university next week and it's an important year, and I'm frightened that I'm not going to have enough time to continue with my good work!
I have worked out that if I manage my time effectively I could get in a workout of a ten minute warm up, around ten-fifteen minutes of high intensity aerobics, a five minute toning session and a cool down every day. Is this enough exercise to continue with my weight loss or should I be trying to fit in more?
Is it better to try and exercise every day for a relatively short period or 3-4 times a week for longer periods?

Question #9: I think i've fallen outta love with him..?
Lately i've just realized i'd rather spend time away from my man than being with him, i get easily irritated & i rather he not touch me when we are together, there's nobody else in my life other than him, he's hurt me a lot in the past but i couldn't leave him then cuz i was so inlove with him, he's selfish, we only do as he wishes, he plays his favorite music all the time & never mine, we watch his own TV programs when i complain he bursts off to the seating room & sulks there for hours, whenever i leave him he always manages to sweet talk me up, but now i've been having these different feelings towards him, the other thing is he's constantly been presssurising me to lose weight, i work out 4-5times a week & i've lost 25pounds for the past year, he hasn't lost an inch but he says i need to lose 10 more pounds, at present i weigh 150 pounds + i'm 5'5 feet tall which i think its good enough...do u think it's time i leave him??
Question #10: I am 6,3 and 154lbs im eating 2300 calories in sugar will I lose weight?
