Question #1: Been exercising and dieting and NO change?
I am 18, 5 ft 7 and 154 lbs
For the past 16 days-
The first week- 1 hour cardio (taebo) exercise everyday except Sunday which was rest day. Ate 1500 calories following a 40/40/20 ratio carbs/protein/fat
2nd week- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday did kenpo (from p90x) and ate 1500 calories with 40/40/20 ratio
And Tuesday, Thursday and Friday did tae bo for 1 hour in the morning and in the evening did weight training for 40-50 minutes. Ate 1700 calories those days following a 40/35/25
And Sunday was my rest day
Yesterday Monday I ate 1700 calories but did 1 hour kenpo in the morning and 40 minutes triceps/shoulder training
Today I ate 1500 calories and did 1 hour tae bo
Foods I eat- skinless grilled chicken, cottage cheese, tuna, salmon, lighter than light mayo, wholewheat bread, sometimes a little bit of jam, beans, eggs, vegetables, fruits, oats, baked potato, brown rice etc.
Drinks I drink- skimmed milk and water with the occasional whole fat milk (to up my fat intake)
But I have LOST no weight albeit I could be gaining mass...which I think is true because my arms when I flex are solid hard and my calves are hard
BUT I have also lost no inches ANYWHERE...not even 0.1 inch!
In fact my arms have gotten bigger at a whopping 15 inch (could be coz of the mass) but the FAT is there persistent
I obviously did not expect to lose 10 lbs or see a HUGE difference...but not even lost an centimetre let alone an inch :(
Advice?

Question #5: can you sue the makers of fitness/exercise videos?
i twisted my ankle doing some taebo (my own fault, i don't want to sue billy blanks!) and it got me thinking, if you follow the instructions in a video which leads yout to pull a muscle or whatever, can you hold the makers liable and bring a case?
Question #6: is this possible??!! please help!!!?
okay so i'm 5'4 and i weight around 150 pounds. so i deff need to loose some weight. i'm not fat but like i said, i could deff stand to loose a couple of pounds. iv basically screwed off this whole summer on my dieting. while i was walking a ton, i was eating pretty much whatever i wanted. so i haven't gained any weight but i haven't lose any either. i have two and a half weeks before school starts and really want to loose as much weight as possible. my goal is to be about 130.(i was 130 before and it was the perfect size for me. i still had curves but was thin) so thats my ideal weight. i know twenty pounds in two weeks isn't a reasonable goal lol so ill shoot for seven. i know that it still pretty difficult but i really think that i can do it! i would be happy with any weight loss at all in these upcoming two weeks. this is what i plan to do, i know it prob isn't the best or healthiest way to loose weight but honestly, i'm just sick of being chunky and am willing to do anything but make myself sick or starve myself to loose it.
breakfast-large glass of water, some type of fruit or small bowl of oatmeal.
-workout, cardio for at least 30 minutes.
-a handful of blueberries, glass of green tea.
lunch-salad-no dressing, with a small chicken breast cutup on it.
-at least twenty minutes of taebo.
-a handful of grapes/a few almonds.
dinner-grapefruit, or a large apple with peanut butter on it.
-long walk, and at least twenty minutes of either taebo or pilates.
along with this ill be drinking tons and tons of water and keeping hydrated. i need to know if by doing this^^ will i loose weight in two weeks? even if if seven or ten pounds is unrealistic by doing this, how much would be realistic? thanks for your answers!
im 16 btw
thnnks guys! ill add a little bit more food to it :)
