Question #1: Personal Assistant job, yoga/pilates yet I need photoshop knowledge?

I stumbled upon a craigslist add for a lady who needs a personal assistant.
Heres the requirements:
Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented
Must have a general understanding of Adobe Photoshop
Must be able to give me weekly/daily reports
Must have reliable laptop computer
Must have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a small, busy office

Now I know that she works at a Health and Fitness place which offers yoga and pilates. My question is kinda hard to explain. I would like to know what exactly she would need done in photoshop even though its a health and fitness place and any other things you may notice that will help be out so i can be prepared for the interview. I realize it's a fitness and yoga studio however ill be working in a small office. Confused lol. Please help.

Question #2: Does yoga really help breathing?

My math teacher that also teaches yoga, told our class that yoga helps you breath easier or something like that. Is that true?

Question #3: B&A: I have a few questions related to a short story topic?

Soo I'm gathering opinions on something for a short story I'm writing. Before I ask though, I want to throw in a disclaimer - I have my own ideas, I'm not asking pathetically for everyone to write my story for me :) I simply want to hear peoples thoughts because this piece of writing is going to be a broad topic full of different peoples point of view.

So with that said, hear goes:
I want to know - if you were given the chance to get away from the rest of the world and develop happiness by yourself - how would you approach it?
What are the things you would like to personally improve upon?
Experiences you want to, well, experience?
What things would you think about?
What would you do during this time?
How long to you believe it would take for these things to have a lasting effect?

If this makes no sense, I apologize. I'm writing a paper about "Eat Love Pray" the novel and I need to know how others would act in the situation. Basically, you have the chance to be whoever you want to be - no worries about limitations.

My example:
I would want to learn how to be happy while I'm alone. I usually depend on others for my happiness. I want to find some hobbies on my own to do and enjoy. I want to learn another language. I want to learn yoga. I would try to build new relationships with people.

So..what would you do and how would you approach it?

** Btw, for everyone who knows me well on here -I'm sorry I've been gone for so long. Things have been crazy at home these past few weeks and I'm finally settling down from what seemed to be a year of depression, anxiety and worry. Question #4: I see the Americans have woke inundating us with Black questions and Religious questions/?

Dogma is the established belief or doctrine held by a religion, ideology or any kind of organisation which is slowly but surly becoming our paradigmatic solution of the past as our ego continues to evolve a more rational perception of ones self. Hence the birth of alternative faiths like scientology, Kabbalah and Tantric Yoga. What your Fancy?

Question #7: If I cutt down my calories,and do yoga everyday. Will I Iose weight?

And what Yoga moves would be best for losing stomach weight?
I'm 14, Girl, 5'5, and weigh 150-160 (not sure haven't been weighed in a lil' while).....I wanting to lose at least 25-40 pounds. Is this possible with Yoga??

Question #8: Do yoga and pilates burn fat?!?

Or what do they do (I'm confused by different soures). I can feel muscle under my thighs and lower stomach - scratch that, I Know I have muscles under all the jiggling fat because 1.5 years ago I had a killer body (but I have no idea whether muscle detriorates or something - help on that too please)? Also whenever I kickbox my legs get bigger but more defined. Is there any way to burn off the fat so that my legs and stomach look Normal sized?! I'm really getting frustrated, Please Help ME!!!!!!
Also, if it wouldn't be too much trouble, could you guys recommend something short and challenging? I really want to up my fitness level as well as get a firmly toned body, but the studying for SATs are BRUTAL!!!! :(

Question #9: Natural remedies for anxiety and depression?

I diet, I run, I tried yoga but can no longer continue with it, i see a therapist, i journal sometimes, i try to talk things out.. i am worried constantly and have negative thoguhts, visualize bad things etc worry constantly

I guess it's time to self medicate with herbs as nothing is working

what are best remedies for anxiety/depression?

Is 5htp safe? will it take care of both issues? thanks

Question #10: How do i connect with the earth better?

I am a vegetarian (i am going vegan once i educate myself better about it). But what else can i do to help become one with the earth? i just love that serene feeling i get when im alone hiking. I want it to be in everyday life as well. I particpate in yoga occasionally, and it also helps a little

Question #11: Are there any chances alive with her?

I have known this girl for 6 months now. We met at a yoga place and had instant chemistry. We met for lunch and she came over to my place for dinner once , and she even brought me flowers. We had lots of hugs and kisses on cheek and it was pretty obvious we liked each other.

Then she ended up going on a foreign trip. She liked it so much there that she is moving back there for 2 years to get a degree. So she is back in town for a month and staying at my place. I picked her at the airport and tried to kiss her at dinner later, but she showed her cheek instead of lips. Then she said she just wants to be friends for now. I am even willing to wait for her fro 2 years , but she says she just want to be friends as she doesnt want any negativity to get between us. Now she ignores me a lot and not as affectionate as before.

I am really heartbroken. I don't think I would be able to be just friends with her. Should I just move on. She is staying at my place for a month before she returns. I am being really nice to her, but I don't want to keep in touch with her as just friends as it would be painful for me. Is there any hope left between us, or should I just move on?

Question #12: If Satan makes dinosaur bones look older than they really are, how do you know he didn't invent your religion?

I mean, some religious people ascribe great power to the devil - he tempts us, haunts our Ouija boards, possesses people while they're doing yoga, or whatever. In fact, some people argue that certain religions actually were created by Satan. So, if you're a person who believes that Satan can do these kinds of things, how do you know he didn't start your church?
